Holy Family
The most famous church and symbol of the city, initially built by the architect Antoni Gaudí (1852-1926), located in the neighborhood of the same name. Considered by many critics as his masterpiece and exponent of Catalan modernist architecture.
Construction starts in 1882 and scheduled to end in 2020. The church, still under construction because of a desire to Gaudí, he wished she was only built to raise money (I could not have government money), so at times there is a request for help to the townspeople. Designed to have three major fronts: the Nativity facade, the facade of the Passion and the Glory facade, still incomplete.
Another interesting point is that no other city building can be greater than 115 meters high (height of the church). To visit the church avoids huge queue and buy online tickets.
