Trakai Castle, Lithuania
July 23, 2019The Castle of Trakai, It is located in Trakai, Lithuania, one of the Baltic countries which are 3: Lithuania, Latvia e Estonia.
The city of Trakai is part of the Park National Trakai History, in the center of the country, has less than 6.000 population, but it is a very tourist town mainly because of its castle of Trakai and stay very close to Vilnius, capital Lithuania, is just 30 minute drive, giving to one bounces back quietly, if you are not by car can take tours that leave from Vilnius and undergo Trakai. The Castle of Trakai
The Trakai Castle is on an island in the lake Galve, the construction of the fourteenth century used by the Grand Duke of Lithuania in the early fifteenth century, the city and the castle were great centers of the Grand Duke for its strategic importance.

as we speak, we were doing a screenplay by Lithuania, Trakai was our 2ªparada, before we had been 2 days in Vilnius, in Trakai we stayed for a few hours to visit the castle and the city.
In front of the castle has several souvenir shops and a few restaurants, ideal for lunch over there, we did not have lunch because it was still early and then from there we stopped in Kaunas, another city in Lithuania and there but we had lunch, an excellent place, but will count better in another post.
