Getting to the Port of Athens / Piraeus?
September 1, 2017The port of Athens known as the Port of Piraeus (also called as Piraeus, Piraeus or without “s” no end), as it is located in the city of Piraeus next to Athens, this port is very important because it connects the mainland to the Greek islands.
Piraeus port out all cruises and all ferries connecting Athens the Greek Islands, and getting there is simple easy.
We use on our trip both the subway and the bus to make this path, as did a cruise to the Greek islands.

Subway: Green M1 line linking the port of Piraeus of Athens, the center are only 6 stations and takes about 25 minutes, the harbor station is the Piraeus station, the ticket is very cheap, 1,20 euros. This is the best way to reach the port.
