minute Barcelona – Royal Square

It was designed by architect Daniel Molina. Before there was a Capuchin convent of Santa Madrona, but it was demolished in 1835.
Antoni Gaudí created 2 lampposts to put in the square.
In Plaza Real, the Fountain of the Three Graces also stands out. (1876), Antoine Durenne.
The square today is a meeting point for tourists visiting Barcelona, in it are several bars, restaurants, and a flamenco show house.
It is one of the main squares in Barcelona.
